Lindsay Arnold is an American actress born and raised in New York. She discovered theater at the age of 12 and began acting professionally at the age of 14. She is an Emmy nominated actress most known for her work on Days of Our Lives, but has also appeared on shows like SVU: Law and Order and Blindspot. Besides acting, she enjoys vintage shopping, reading and practicing yoga.
